The West Virginia Chapter of APCO is very proud to announce our annual statewide training conference, this is the only conference of its type held in the state. We bring together commercial and industry leaders to showcase the latest and greatest technology and new products. We are most proud to bring together Emergency Telecommunicators, Directors, Managers, Training Officers, Supervisors and many more from the 911 Industry from all over the great state of West Virginia and deliver to them the highest level of updated industry training.

Maureen Will is the Director of Communications for the Newtown Emergency Communications Center in Newtown, CT.
She retired after 30 years of service from the Brookfield Police Department where she served as the captain in charge of communications and training.
Ms. Will is the Chairman of the Managers of Communications Centers Association (MECCA), a member of both APCO International and NENA and is a past president of the APCO Atlantic Chapter.
